The booking flow is the same for every service, with a few important differences. Here is what happens for headlights, bumpers, and wheels, plus what our flat rates cover.
Pick headlight restoration, bumper repair, wheel color change, or a combination. Configure vehicles, location (mobile or drop-off), and any add-ons like tint or wheel finish. Your total updates as you go.
Checkout uses Stripe. You reserve the appointment with a card payment. For bumper repair we charge a base estimate; for headlights and wheels the published flat rate applies.
Choose mobile service at your home, office, or lot, or drop off at our Oakland Park location. Single-service bookings can pick a provider and time; multi-service orders are scheduled by our dispatch team after payment.
Most jobs finish same-day. Every repair is backed by our lifetime workmanship guarantee against peeling, bubbling, and adhesion failure.
Damage photos are required only for bumper repair. Headlights and wheels book at the published flat rate without a photo upload.

Car Medics performs cosmetic reconditioning, not collision or structural repair.
Car Medics is a purely cosmetic repair service. If a replacement part is required rather than a cosmetic repair, we identify it during review (bumper photos) or on-site inspection and quote the part separately, never buried in the flat rate.
We guarantee the quality of our own workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Specifically, we will correct, at no additional labor charge: peeling, bubbling, adhesion failure, and defects in workmanship traceable to the original repair.
New damage after the repair, normal wear and tear, improper care, environmental damage, customer-caused damage, third-party work on the same panel, and undisclosed pre-existing conditions are excluded.
Limited to the original purchaser named on the paid invoice. Non-transferable. Proof of purchase required for claims.
